outstanding unresolved and or imminent safety and health threats to our
entire workforce, not just our members.

TSO Medical Documents: It is illegal for your TSA supervisor, manager, Human Resources, or Senior officials, to prevent you from reporting health and safety hazards; your illness; and; your TSA work injury. It is also illegal for them not to process any DOL work injury CA form which you attempt to submit to them, including, their not providing the DOL any of your also provided medical documentation. Note: After the DOL gives your reported injury a ten digit OCWP "Claim Number", always write it; your last name; and; the last four of your SSN...on every single claim related document copy that you give TSA and the DOL. NOTE: Always make copies of your documents BEFORE giving them to the TSA and to the DOL.
You should only provide your personal sensitive privacy protected medical documentation to your airport's local TSA designated HR staffmember overseeing TSA Worker's Compensation casehandling. No TSA Supervisor nor Manager overseeing your checkpoint or bagroom, has any right to also demand such from you. Note: Your medical documents should never be maintained at any airport checkpoint, nor, at any baggage room location. It should only be maintained under lock and key at an official TSA Office of Human Resources location; with limited and restricted access to other TSA employees. You always have a right to access any of your TSA maintained medical records that you and your doctor provided them for insertion into your case file.
